Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using the POS software provided by MaxSoft IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the software on the specific device(s) for which it was purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software code.

3. Payments & Refunds

Our Desktop POS software is sold as a one-time purchase. Once the software is activated and the license key is issued, payments are non-refundable. We recommend using our trial version or requesting a demo before making a purchase.

4. Data Responsibility

Since this is an offline desktop solution, MaxSoft IT Solutions is not responsible for your data. All sales records, inventory data, and customer information are stored locally on your hard drive. It is your sole responsibility to keep regular backups of your data to prevent loss due to hardware failure or viruses.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxSoft IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

6. Support & Updates

We provide free technical support for software-related bugs for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. After the first year, an Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) will apply for continued support. Any additional hardware support, re-installation on new PCs, or feature customizations may incur extra charges.
